A house, a suite, Noli

Ca' Letizia was created inside a 15th-century private residence in the historic center of Noli.

It's not a hotel, and it doesn't pretend to be one. It's a family-run B&B with a single guest suite, inside a still-lived-in house.

We chose to retain the character of the building – the stones, the stairs, the proportions and the original details – while adding what makes the living room contemporary, comfortable and discreet.

Hospitality is deliberately personal: from breakfast to local tips, from dinner recommendations to beaches, from hiking trails to small requests during your stay.

Ca' Letizia was created for those who prefer to get to know a place rather than simply stay there.

A single suite also means this: fewer standards, more attention.
